Some interesting permformances... Highlights for me are the 194 From Manish Pandey (the first Indian T20 centurion) for Karnataka, a Hat-trick for Mithun also of Karnataka on debut... (of course Karnataka won, Dravid scoring 97 and 51* to ensure that...)...

For Mumbai Powar scored a key century coming at No. 9... and Zaheer Khan took 7 wickets in the match, bowling 40+ overs... (good signs...

I joined a leauge about a year ago...and we've expanded from 8 to 17 teams...

This form of the game, I find very enjoyable, as it does not require the expense of a full kit... just the all important box (the hard India rubber "Tennis Ball" can do a lot of damage to the delicate regions) and a pair of gloves... Helmet is optional, and certainly don't require pads, or elbow guards, etc...

The format is T20... and our league gets in 3 games a day......

A-rated players -- US$120,000 per year (apparently only 4 qualify for this. Gayle, Shiv, Sarwan and Bravo).
B-rated players -- US$80,000 per year
C-rated players -- US$60,000 per year
D-rated players -- US$24,000 per year (these are developmental...
