I take his point about surmising about legends that you know nothing about personally.

Warne lists Tendulkar at 1, Lara at 2, Border at 4, Akram at 7 and Kallis at 17, to name a few. He lists McCullum at 100!

His book is so new that it includes Australia's home defeat to SA, making him list Smith highly.
